We reserve the right to:

• Update, modify, or discontinue the software at any time
• Change these Terms with 30 days notice
• Suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms
• Implement new features or remove existing functionality

This agreement is effective until terminated. We may terminate your access immediately without notice if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must uninstall and delete all copies of the software.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which PartyMatch operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
